Terms of Service

ReferralHub is provided by Talstor Technologies ("Talstor", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe. Businesses are responsible for the people they invite as team members and referral partners.

Your data

You own the data you put into ReferralHub. You must have permission to share the contact details of anyone you refer or record. We process it only to provide the service; see the Privacy Policy.

Commissions and payments

ReferralHub calculates and records commissions using the rules each business sets. It does not send money. Payment terms are between the business and its partners.

Subscription

New businesses get a 7-day free trial. After that the service is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Don't use ReferralHub to send spam, to collect data about people without their consent, or to break the law.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Talstor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
